By creating an account on Influmatch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including creators, brands, and administrators.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in India to use Influmatch. You agree to provide accurate information during signup, including OTP-verified email and mobile number. Location is auto-captured and cannot be manually falsified.
Coins are in-platform credits used to unlock creator profiles, send messages, and access premium features. Coins are purchased via Razorpay and are non-refundable unless the platform fails to deliver the service. Coins do not expire and carry a 10% bonus on every purchase.
Creators must provide accurate follower counts and engagement metrics. Platform handles added must be verified via OTP. Creators are responsible for fulfilling agreed collaborations with brands and maintaining their credit score.
Brands must represent genuine businesses. Unlocking a creator profile authorizes contact for legitimate collaboration purposes only. Harassment, spam, or misuse of creator contact information will result in immediate account termination.
InfluMatch operates an escrow-based payment model. Brands pay campaign fees in advance into an escrow wallet held by the platform. Upon successful campaign completion and video approval, 70% of the campaign fee is released to the creator and 30% is retained by InfluMatch as a platform fee. Payments are released 7 days after video approval, or auto-approved if no brand response is received within 7 days. No refunds are issued on completed campaigns.
When you delete your account, your profile, campaigns, messages, and personal data are permanently removed. However, anonymised transaction and payment records are retained for legal, financial audit, and fraud prevention purposes as required by applicable law. These records contain no personally identifiable information after anonymisation. Coin purchase records and escrow transaction logs fall under this retention policy. By using InfluMatch, you consent to this data retention practice.
You may not: create fake profiles, falsify location, scrape platform data, share unlocked creator contact details with third parties, use automation to mass-contact creators, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
Influmatch reserves the right to disable or delete any account that violates these terms, with or without notice. The super admin retains full oversight and can disable accounts at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
